Awesome Hip Hop Dance Move Rise From the Grave - El Tiro

Hip Hop Dance Moves Jabbawockeez Floor Move

In this video, you’re going to learn an epic hip hop dance floor move that get you straight to your feet. What’s going on YouTube? This is El Tiro. You’re tuned in to Hip Hop Dance Tutorial Thursday, where you’ll learn epic new hip hop dance move to add to your freestyle or choreography. Today, we’re going to be learning so dope. I’ve seen the Jabbawockeez do it, so many dance crews do it, b-boys do it, poppers do it. It is a universal dance grove that will make you dope. But before we get started in today’s hip hop dance tutorial, I want to introduce a new theme I’m going to be doing across all my dance videos, which is showcasing or representing really dope hip hop style clothing companies. So today, I’m rocking a “Less Pop and More Pac” crew neck, fits nicely, perfect for getting down, dancing and popping too. You can check this out and more dope gear at dabottom.com. And because I love you guys, you can actually get a $25-off coupon by typing in cold25 by December 31. So you’re going to get situated nice and comfy here. And we’re going to go into literally a plank. Totally just kidding, and if you actually did the plank, I feel sorry for you. Here’s what we’re going to do. You’re going on a push up position, like this. Hands are going to be out like this. Now I’m right footed so my right knee is going to come up. And then my toes are going to be flexed. I guess if you don’t know what a flexed toe is, this is pointed and that’s flexed. So my toes are going to be flexed. My knees are going to be touching the ground not going to be out, literally resting there. And then I’m going to do like a teeter tut rock motion with my left leg, it’s going to come up like that. I should be able to rock nice and smooth because the center of my balance is on my knee and on my right ankle. So next, what I’m going to start doing is I’m going to pick up my leg and then when it goes down, I’m going to push but more importantly, I’m going to really shoot my back up like that. The power of this move comes from your back, and then it follows with your quads and using your leg strength to come up. So I’m going to try a little kind of go into the next step. When I rock down, I push out, I’m going to be using my back but then use my legs too to see if I can pick up like that. Now you know when you’re trying you just go that out, you’ll probably get it on the first try. But to those who want to take a step at a time, breaks down again like this. So you rock, foot comes up, it goes down, you push and then you shoot your back arch, then your legs push for your quad strength. Ready to try it altogether? 5 6 7 8… If you really want to be a daredevil, you can collapse to the floor but be careful, this is going to be really hard on your wrist. Here goes nothing. So there goes your tutorial for the week. My question of the day is: What do you want for Christmas? Thanks again for watching. This is El Tiro. Peace!
